My name is Harold and I applied for PPE in 2014. I engaged Katharina a month before the interviews in order to get a sense of what it would be like to be grilled by the tutors. I had applied once before. There really is nothing like an Oxford interview in terms of intellectual stimulation and unpredictability so I felt it essential to get all the help I needed.
Katharina’s help proved invaluable during my interviews. She brings you through each of the disciplines and grills you in a similar way to how an Oxford tutor would. After a harrowing grilling, she then tells you in a succinct manner how you did. This helps tremendously especially when one does not know what else to do where interview preparation is concerned.
She also provides a more detailed review of your session following the mock interview in the form of a progress report. This helps you to really focus on your problem areas before the next practice interview and as an added bonus allows you to see how far you have come since your first interview should you have a few before the real thing. I’d recommend having at least 5 weekly interviews prior to the actual one at Oxford because we don’t know how we sound until we get someone to really hear us speak.
Overall, I’d say that Katharina’s reassuring tone and intelligent commentary is invaluable for any likely candidate to Oxford. She helps each student package the morass of knowledge stuck in their heads into a neat and succinct answer that Oxford professors are often looking for. Katharina does her best to narrow the gap between one’s potential and actual abilities before the interview and she does that well. Thanks Katharina!

Ms Kunze helped me with my UCAS personal statement and I found her help extremely useful. She went through my whole essay during our Skype call and pointed out how I can effectively use my academic achievements in my personal statement to give my universities a very good impression of myself and thus make my statement more effective.
Now I am lucky to have received an offer from Imperial College London to study Engineering and I am sure that Ms Kunze’s help contributed to my success. I highly encourage all applicants to take advantage of her services – I am sure everyone can benefit from the help that she offers!

I was thinking of applying to Oxford University, and I started my application on UCAS already. Although Oxford's website explained a lot, there were still many things unclear to me. I heard from my history teacher and career counselor about Ms. Katharina Kunze, who was giving a tutoring sessions to help Oxford applicants.
Ms. Kunze and I had a Skype session, and not only did she answer all the technical questions I still had about applying to Oxford, but she also answered many personal questions such as what it is like to study in Oxford and similar. The tutoring session has indeed helped me a lot and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to be fully prepared for an Oxford application.
